Coastal areas whose main source of income comes from inshore fishing and shellfishing and are not near a town able to offer an industrial area with job opportunities.
Traditional coastal areas that have started up an isolated activity in sustainable fishing or diversification of an economic activity related to the fishing sector.
The stage involving getting ready for change and making the results known is to be developed at European level, especially in the regions participating in the project: Galicia, Brittany, Sardinia and Letonia.
The intervention measures in the sector are mainly to be conducted in Galicia, with the participation of Transnational Organizations via the Know-how Management Network.
The transnational network of intercoupling reviewing will make it possible to have an international evaluation of the good practices selected by the project.
The management, coordination, control and evaluation activities in the project will take place at the partners’ headquarters.
